A psychological crisis exists when an individual is threatening harm to himself/herself or to others, or is out of touch with reality due to severe drug reactions or psychotic break. A psychotic break may be manifested by hallucinations, uncontrollable behavior or the person could be a mental hospital run-away. Notify UWFPD at 911 (474-2911 or *UWF from your Cellular phone.)
